Contribution concerns
If you believe a contribution to Downtown Cooperative Church Ministries, Inc. (DCCM Food Pantry) was duplicated, made in error or incorrectly recorded, contact DCCM as soon as you notice the issue. Voluntary contributions are not purchases of goods or services.
How to make a request
Email joeijohnson@dccmpantry.xyz or call +1 470 709 7150. Provide your name, contribution date, amount, payment reference if available, and a short explanation. Do not send full payment card numbers, security codes or bank credentials.
Review and outcome
A request must be reviewed against the contribution record and the circumstances. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Contact DCCM about eligibility and the expected timing for your request. The outcome depends on the circumstances and verification of the contribution.
Payment questions
If an external payment service was used, include its transaction reference when contacting DCCM. The payment service or financial institution may also need to assist with a transaction. Contact DCCM to clarify an unrecognized charge, without delaying any rights or deadlines that apply through your provider.
