Information you choose to share
When you contact Downtown Cooperative Church Ministries, Inc. (DCCM Food Pantry), you may provide your name, email address, phone number and the information in your message. The contact form prepares an email in your own email application; it does not submit or store that message through a website database. Your email provider handles the email when you send it.
How information is used
Information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, coordinate food assistance or volunteering, and address contributions or administrative questions. Share only information needed for your request. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, bank credentials or identity documents through the form.
Website and service providers
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting service may process ordinary connection data, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. Email and hosting providers process information as part of their services. External websites and any hosted payment service linked from the site apply their own privacy notices.
Payment information
The website does not collect card numbers or security codes. If you use an external payment page, submit payment information only on that provider’s page after reviewing the recipient and terms. DCCM may receive contribution and contact details needed to address your gift.
Retention and security
Information may be kept as needed for the inquiry, contribution records and applicable obligations. No internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Use the contact details below if you believe information has been sent in error.

You may contact DCCM to ask about information you provided or request a correction or deletion. Any response is subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. This notice may change as the website or its services change.
